Grosvenor Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious with twin beds, though it faced a busy main road. The decoration for our anniversary was a nice touch, but housekeeping did not clean daily, and the towels were not replaced as expected.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they were not quite as pictured online, feeling a bit dated and in need of a refresh. The service, however, was top-notch as they quickly resolved an issue with our room. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the town center, and the dining experience was good despite a few hiccups. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Stratford, offering spacious rooms that are well equipped. The rooms are quite large and come with a good-sized bathroom. However, the rooms can be very hot at times, making it uncomfortable. The hotel is within easy reach of the city center, which is a plus. It's worth noting that for a triple room, they offer a single bed instead of a sofa bed, which may not suit everyone's preferences.
